Malicious Prosecution Corona Police Department

I am interested in any information regarding any alleged misconduct, tampering with evidence, suborning perjury, alleged civil rights violations or malicious prosecutions by the Corona, CA Police Department and/ or the Riverside County District Attorney.

I have filed a complaint with the Corona Police Department against Detective Bruce Bell. I contend that he maliciously falsified a police report that resulted in my arrest, incarceration and a criminal case being filed against me in Riverside Superior Court. At the Preliminary Hearing on November 10, 2005 the Judge said that "I think this is a case most likely should be fought out in a family law court rather than criminal court, because unless the evidence gets alot stronger, I would certainly think it's one of the thinnest cases I've ever seen for buirglary or stalking. On January 9, 2006 , pursuant to a 995 (CA Penal Code) motion filed by my attorney, all charges were dismissed for lack of probable cause. I spent 6 months in jail for something I did not do.
